Dougie Zubizarreta (he/they) is a PhD candidate in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. They are a social epidemiologist whose research focuses on conceptualizing, measuring, and analyzing the impacts of structural forms of discrimination on population health and inequities. He is particularly interested in applying advanced quantitative methods and an intersectional lens to this area of research.
In 2025, Mx. Zubizarreta has hosted trainings on structural qualitative intersectionality research at ISI. In 2026, they are delivering training, co-hosting an Intersectionality Research Salon, and co-hosting an Intersectionality Collective Office Hour.
